Home Designs
LifeStage Home Designs, Inc. was founded in 2017 with a vision to fill a gap in the pre-drawn stock house plans market. After several years of working with homeowners and builders to design custom homes and renovations that allow for aging, accessibility, and ease of living, LifeStage Home Designs was formed.
We are an online provider of pre-drawn house plans, as well as custom home design services. We seek to offer a wide variety of home designs that meet the needs and requirements of homebuyers, builders, and developers, while offering unique features that allow the end user to benefit from the principles of universal design.
Led by principal designer Mark Beard, our team’s combined experience spans well over 20+ years in the residential design and construction industry. With extensive backgrounds in architectural design, they have worked across multiple disciplines, from residential to commercial, as well as interiors, lending an eye for detail and function to every set of plans. As part of our design process, each plan is reviewed by seasoned home builders, real estate professionals, and targeted focus groups to gain insight and feedback on current market trends, as well as incorporating our cost-saving design solutions for the future.
