When we first contacted Mark Beard about designing our custom home, we had a lot of ideas.  And then, once Mark was able to show us the layout ideas we had asked for, we realized that we actually wanted to make major changes; it wasn't a problem at all for Mark.  He was a good listener, and he was able to make suggestions that ended up being closer to what we actually wanted.  Over several iterations, with changes in some major and some minor details, we got to the layout where we couldn't think of anything more we would want to change!  We are so excited to have the final blueprints, and are looking forward to the construction phase.  Mark has been so easy to work with, professional, calm, and very competent.  I hope we can invite him over once our home construction is complete.

Many companies provide plans but how many provide complete plans with services that also help the builder in sales. Lifestage Home Designs does just that. Their detail sheets are 2nd to none which eliminates many of the calls I would otherwise get from trades asking how I want something done.  Also the offering of renderings that are done with the topo of the lot and colors that I plan to build with are great marketing tools.
