We understand that you may have plans, needs or ideas in mind that can’t be found on one of our ready-to-build designs. Whether you need more space or a different aesthetics, we are happy to work with you until you have the house of your dreams.
We offer modification services to tailor any design. Start by choosing a base design, then you’ll work with one of our expert home designers to make your requested additions or changes.
Some of more frequent home plan modifications include:
- Move garage doors (usually front load to side load)
- Add third car garage bay
- Reverse plan
- Foundation change (crawlspace vs. slab)
- Add basement
- Change exterior walls from 2’ x 4’ to 2’ x 6’
- Change deck to screened porch
- Add/remove square footage
- Front elevation change (change exterior materials)
- Change ceiling heights (e.g., 9’ to 10’)
